Healing Hugs Thank You Card

Healing Hugs is such a versatile stamp set and I love this classic blackberry bliss and gray granite colour combination.

The copper accents work so well with the rich colour of the flowers. I’m so happy that those gorgeous leaves trinkets and the Nature’s Twine have carried over to the new Annual catalogue.

Such a simple but elegant design that came together quickly – Stampin’ Up! coordination at its finest xx

Healing Hugs

Healing Hugs is such a beautiful and classic stamp set. The single rose image is so striking all by itself, little else is needed. But for this card I decided to pair it with the gorgeous Tufted Dynamic Embossing Folder.

The poppy parade and gray granite colourway makes for a cheery get well soon card.  Love how simple and elegant this card turned out to be xx

All The Good Things

So the minute I spotted All Good Things in the catalogue, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It is part of a new range of distinktive stamp sets by Stampin’ Up! which stamp the most beautifully detailed images with shades of light and dark within it. The depth and dimension really comes across in the koi fish in this card, and all with one single stamp!

My fish were stamped in gorgeous grape, lovely lipstick and coastal cabana. The background spots were stamped using Gallery Grunge which is already forming a special place in my heart 😍 – If you were a fan of the Retired Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set, you will love this one. This was a get well card for my aunt, so I took the sentiment from Dandelion Wishes.

The background colours I used were gorgeous grape, petal pink and soft sea foam. I coloured my own ribbon by taking some white ribbon I already had in my stash and inking it up in coastal cabana ink. This is such a great way to make the most of your supplies. It also means you don’t have to invest lots of money in ribbons (unless you want to of course 😉) and you will always have a coordinating ribbon to hand in a flash. A few sparkly sequins finished my card off perfectly.

Such a simple card to make, and these distinktive stamps do all the work for you xx
