Treat Time at the Team Retreat

I’ve just returned from a fantastic weekend retreat with my Stampin’ Up! team mates and Upline.

It’s always good fun to get together, and it was doubly fun as I recently promoted to a Silver Demo and was able to enjoy a special celebration dinner on the first evening.

I decided to use the Treat Time Bundle for my team swaps. I love all of Stampin’ Up’s 3D project dies, and the fact you can put together multiple treat holders quickly and easily, and without having to worry about measurements etc.

I created almost 50 of these gorgeous treat holders using a mix of the Frosted Floral Speciality DSP, the Petal Promenade DSP and the Tropical Escape DSP.

So easy to put together and they look fab with bakers twine. How cute are the heart toppers?!

I filled my treat tubes (AKA sour cream containers) with little packs of sweeties 😋 but individually wrapped chocolates would also work well xx

50th Wedding Anniversary Card using Petal Promenade & Beautiful Promenade

I was asked to create a Golden Wedding Anniversary card, and here’s what I came up with.

I chose fresh fig for my card base with a vellum overlay to soften. I gold heat embossed the leaf image randomly onto the vellum for a bit of interest.

The gold background piece was created by embossing gold foil paper with the brand new tin tile dynamic Impressions embossing folder. This has to be the coolest EF I have come across to date!

I die cut the 50 from the gorgeous Petal Promenade DSP and finished with a few gold metallic pearls xx

Petal Promenade with Beautiful Layers

It was my mum’s birthday last week, and this is the card I made for her. The Petal Promenade DSP is so stunning and I have been itching to use it since I got it! The mossy meadow frame was cut using the Beautiful Layers Thinlits Dies and the sentiment, from Stitched All Around is so perfect for my mum!!! A few petal pink sequins and some jute twine finished of this elegant card perfectly.
