Tropical Chic Never Ending Card

There’s something so magical and fun about a never ending card. It doesn’t matter how old you are, the excitement of wondering what’s coming next never goes away!

They are also a lot of fun to make and really quite addictive – once I started, I couldn’t seem to stop!

The first one (top left) was made using the very pretty Country Home Stamp Set and Country Lane DSP in an 8″ x 8″ size. My second card (top right) was made using the Tropical Chic Suite. And my final (bottom) card used the gorgeous Animal Outing Stamp Set and Animal Expedition DSP.

The matting and layering takes a bit more effort with so many layers, but the finish made it totally worthwhile. Once I got into into, it became a labor of love!

So pleased with the way they all turned out, and making these cards is a lot easier than you might think. Click on the link below to see my video tutorial for how I did it, and thanks so much for visiting today 😘 xx

Treat Time at the Team Retreat

I’ve just returned from a fantastic weekend retreat with my Stampin’ Up! team mates and Upline.

It’s always good fun to get together, and it was doubly fun as I recently promoted to a Silver Demo and was able to enjoy a special celebration dinner on the first evening.

I decided to use the Treat Time Bundle for my team swaps. I love all of Stampin’ Up’s 3D project dies, and the fact you can put together multiple treat holders quickly and easily, and without having to worry about measurements etc.

I created almost 50 of these gorgeous treat holders using a mix of the Frosted Floral Speciality DSP, the Petal Promenade DSP and the Tropical Escape DSP.

So easy to put together and they look fab with bakers twine. How cute are the heart toppers?!

I filled my treat tubes (AKA sour cream containers) with little packs of sweeties 😋 but individually wrapped chocolates would also work well xx
